Where can I use pen.dev?
pen.dev is available as a desktop app for macOS, Windows, and Linux, an extension for VS Code and Cursor, and a command-line tool. See the downloads page for installers and setup options.
Can I use my own AI subscription or API key?
Yes. You can connect supported providers with your own subscription or API key, or connect an external agent through MCP. See the provider setup guide for connection options and the pricing page for plan details and usage limits.

Can I import designs from Figma or a website?
Yes. You can import .fig files or copy and paste Figma layers. The desktop app also has a built-in browser for importing web pages as editable layers. See the import and export guide for supported workflows and limitations.
What can I export?
You can export HTML with CSS or Tailwind, and export artwork as PNG, JPEG, WEBP, or PDF. Agents can also help turn designs into code for your project. See the export guide for the available options.
